A few common questions

What do these scenarios represent?

Each row shows a model-based base-case path to 2030 built from historical returns, category caps, and a drawdown adjustment. Bear and bull cases live on individual forecast pages. These are illustrative estimates, not predictions or guarantees.

What does model annualized return mean?

It is the starting annualized rate used by the base-case scenario model after historical window weighting, category caps, and drawdown adjustment. Year-by-year projections can also apply mean-reversion decay, so the displayed rate is not always identical to the effective CAGR from the reference price to the 2030 scenario price.

Why can scenario estimates change?

When price history updates, reference prices, windowed returns, and drawdowns can change. Refreshing the model can shift both the annualized rate and the 2030 scenario price.
