1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to CalculatorInvest.com ("the site"). By using the site you acknowledge these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Important: Simply visiting the site does not mean you consent to optional analytics cookies. Consent for optional cookies is handled separately through our cookie banner and Cookie Policy.

CalculatorInvest provides free, browser-based investment calculators, comparisons, educational forecasts, and related content for informational purposes. No account is required. The service is provided without charge at present.

The site is not a broker, investment adviser, portfolio manager, fiduciary, or custodian. We do not execute trades or hold your funds.

4. Forecasts and simulations

Forecast and simulation outputs are hypothetical models based on historical data and assumptions. They do not represent guaranteed or actual future performance.

5. No financial advice

Nothing on the site is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should consult qualified professionals when appropriate.

6. Permitted use

You may use the site for personal, informational, and non-commercial purposes unless we give you written permission for another use.

7. Prohibited use

• Scraping, bulk downloading, or harvesting site data or content
• Automated access beyond normal search engine indexing
• Reproducing calculator outputs, datasets, or presentation for competing products without permission
• Reverse engineering site logic or interfering with operation
• Unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive use

8. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, design, calculator logic, and compiled presentation are owned by or licensed to CalculatorInvest and its operator. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

9. Share links

Share links encode calculator values in the URL fragment. Anyone with the link can view those values. You are responsible for what you share and with whom.

10. Advertising

An ads.txt file exists for future configuration, but third-party display advertising is not currently shown on CalculatorInvest. If advertising is introduced later, we will update these terms and the cookie consent flow before activation.

11. Accuracy and availability

We strive for accuracy and availability but do not warrant error-free content or uninterrupted access. Market data may be delayed or incomplete.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CalculatorInvest, Dioartis Grup SRL, and their operators are not liable for damages arising from use of the site, reliance on outputs, data errors, or third-party links. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under your local law remain unaffected.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CalculatorInvest and its operator from claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Third-party links are not under our control. Access them at your own risk.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Chișinău, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence give you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

We may update these terms. The date and version at the top indicate the current text. For material changes we will provide appropriate notice on the site. Continued use alone is not treated as consent to optional cookies or new data uses; separate consent applies where required by law.
